AWG LIBRARY

The contents of the Guild library are typically transported to each in-person Guild meeting by the Librarian where all items are available for checkout and return.

                Library Checkout & Return Procedures

​

• You may rent up to two items each month

• New Members may receive 5 (five) no-cost rentals in their first membership year

• Monthly rental fee is $2.00 per item

• At the next in-person meeting, find the Librarian and place your money in the envelope labeled AWG Library Rental Fees

• Record your checkout on the Rental Checkout Sheet  for the current month, and include the following information:

1. Your Name

2. Your Phone Number

3. The Library Number  for the item (from the label on the front of the  DVD, CD or book cover),

• If returning an item, draw a line through your entry on the Rental Checkout Sheet 

• If the item is overdue, an additional $2.00 fee is due
